RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
The Programme Performance Report be noted, and that
the Board had requested any additional data or information that
they want included in the next quarterly performance
report.
 
2. 
Authority be delegated to the Service Director for
Economy and Skills in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Economy to withdraw funding offers for approved projects and agree
acceptance of voluntary withdrawal from approved and contracted SPF
projects.
 
3. 
The Project Change Request and Remediation Policy
outlined in Appendix 1 be approved.
 
4. 
Authority be delegated to the Service Director for
Economy and Skills in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Economy to approve project change requests in line with
the Project Change
Request and Remediation Policy.
 
5. 
Authority be delegated to the Service Director for
Economy and Skills in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Economy to approve decommitment and clawback of funds in the
occurrence of severe underperformance or a Material Change or
Breach where project remediation had not been
successful.
