RESOLVED that:

1. 
That the Council Business and Financial Plans
2024-2028 and Budget 2024/25 proposals be noted with concern, and
that final details of the Reserves Strategy are being presented to
Cabinet at the February meeting.

2. 
That the amendments to the Vibrant, Safe, Supportive
Communities Outcome Delivery Plan 2022-2026 be noted with
concern.
