RESOLVED
that the Council’s total Capital Programme be
uplifted by £8.955m as summarised below and in Appendix 1 to
the report.

ACTION:-
Councillor Harris to provide a response in writing to confirm the
meaning of ‘Optimism Factor’ as set out in Appendix 1
to the report.
