RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Committee acknowledges the response to the
consultation undertaken in respect of the previously proposed Level
3 Cornwall Devolution Deal and the contents of the proposed Level 2
Deal and provides comments to Cabinet for it to consider at its
meeting on 28 November 2023.
 
2. 
That the Committee endorses the proposal to set up a
reference group, made up of the five leaders of the political
groups represented on Cornwall Council, to oversee the development
of a ‘Cornwall White Paper’.

3. 
That the Committee reaffirms its commitment to
monitor the implementation and delivery of the proposed Level 2
Cornwall Devolution Deal.
 
4. 
That, when negotiating with Government future
funding allocations for the Adult Education Budget, officers seek
to agree inflationary increases together with the continuation of
capacity funding for future years.
