RESOLVED that:
 
1.
The Committee acknowledge performance issues across operational
performance, quality, health inequalities, workforce and finance
reported as exceptions within the main report.
2. A
report be presented to the next scrutiny meeting from the Chief
Medical Officer on morbidity and mortality.
3. The
next performance report be presented with comparitors to track performance over time and
allow comparisons of local and national positions to enable the
consideration of impact of measures taken.
