RESOLVED:

That the Board reviews and approves the Cornwall
Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise Social Prescribing scheme
closure report and supporting evaluation reports.

That the Board considers how the learning from the
evaluation and engagement can inform the current NHS led social
prescribing and any future schemes.
