...to approve the minutes of the Joint Health and Wellbeing Board meeting held on June 15, 2023, and to approve the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Joint Health and Wellbeing Board's Work Programme for the current municipal year, subject to any amendments made by the Board, to ratify the content of the Better Care Fund 2022/23 Year End reporting template, to note the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Q4 Performance report Continuous Fund Performance Monitoring Template, to note comments on the Draft BCF Plan for 2023/2025, to delegate authority to the Chief Executive of Cornwall Council for the submission of the final 2023 to 2025 Better Care Fund Plan and any future 2023 to 2025 Better Care Fund Plan and Annual Return submissions, to vary both Cornwall Council's and the Council of the Isles of Scilly's Better Care Fund Section 75 agreements, to consider comments made by the Board on the draft Director of Public Health Annual Report 2022/23 for inclusion in the 2021/2022 report update, to agree the draft recommendations as set out in the Draft Director of Public Health Annual Report 2022/23 and additional actions to support the agenda, and to publish the opinion of the Board in the NHS Joint Forward Plan on 30 June 2023 and continue further development of the NHS Joint Forward Plan during 2023 with further engagement of the Board.
