RESOLVED:
1.
That the Joint Health and Wellbeing Board considers
the 2022/23 Annual Report of Our Safeguarding Children’s
Partnership (OSCP) for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, as set out
in the appendix to the report, which reflects the work undertaken
by the statutory partners, relevant agencies and voluntary and
community sector partners in safeguarding children and young people
through 2022/23.
2.
That the Joint Health and Wellbeing Board endorses
the OSCP Annual Report for 2022/23.
3.
That the Joint Health and Wellbeing Board recognises
the continued rise in demand for services across the children and
families’ teams and the continued impact of the pandemic on
families and services.
4.
That the Joint Health and Wellbeing Board is assured
of the partnership work in preparation for changes to be published
in the statutory guidance “Working Together
2023”.
