RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That, bearing in mind that the draft budget is being
presented very early in the business and financial cycle, the
Committee endorsed the Council Business and Financial Plans
2024-2028 and draft Budget 2024/25.

2. 
That officers take note of the comments made by the
Committee in developing the final 2024/25 budget proposals and
Medium-Term Financial Plan 2027/28.
