RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
That Council Business and Financial Plans 2024-2028
and draft Budget 2024/25 be endorsed, or that with regard to
services under the remit of this Committee, alternative proposals
are brought forward which will maintain the overall balanced budget
position for 2024/25.
 
2. 
That officers take note of the comments made by the
Committee in developing the final 2024/25 budget proposals and
Medium-Term Financial Plan to 2027/28.
