It was moved by
Councillor P Mitchell, and seconded by Nathan de Rozarieux, that
Councillor Rich be elected Chairman.
 
It was moved by
Councillor Arthur, and seconded by Councillor Perry, that
Councillor Channon be elected Chairman.
 
On a show of hands,
voting was tied, with both Councillor Rich and Councillor Channon
receiving 4 votes each.
 
In accordance with
procedure, on the toss of a coin Councillor Rich was elected as
Chairman
 
Councillor Rich
thereupon took the Chair.
