ACTION:-
(i)
Councillor Pears to provide a written response to Councillor C
Martin on the Government’s funding model for road schemes
(i.e. whether it is based on average earnings etc) and, dependent on the response, to set up a
meeting if with the MP for South East Cornwall to discuss the
potential to lobby for a change in approach.
(ii) Councillor Monk to provide
a written response to Councillor Widdon
on the work the Council was doing to upgrade homes, in addition to
that arising from the warm homes grants being delivered by
OVO.
(iii) Councillor Harris to
provide a written response to Councillor Jenkin on what
consideration had been given to the storage of historical and legal
documents currently stored at Dolcoath,
once it was no longer a Council building.
(iv) Councillor Taylor to
provide a written response to Councillor McLening on the working process relating to the use
of Casework Assist to respond to queries and the potential reasons
for delay in respect of enforcement queries.
(v) Councillor Pears to provide a written response to Councillor
Toms on the latest usage figures on car parking and associated
charges in Looe and the position with bus timetabling in the
town.
(vi) Councillor Monk to provide
a written response to Councillor M Thomas on whether empty homes
was a statutory duty, the number of staff involved in this work and
the latest figures in respect of bringing empty homes back into
use.
