RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That, following the Committee’s review of the
performance dashboard and specifically the performance within the
Committee’s remit within the reporting period, the Committee
endorses the performance dashboard and report.

2. 
That the amendments to the An Empowering and
Enterprising Council Outcome Delivery Plan (ODP), as set out in
Appendix 1 to the report, will be considered and the
Committee’s comments will be taken into consideration in
advance of being submitted to Cabinet for approval on 13 September
2023.

3. 
That the comments of the Chief Executive, as set out
in the minutes of the meeting, be taken into consideration
regarding future deeper investigations of performance
issues.
