RESOLVED that:
1.
That the Audit Committee Annual Report 2022/23 is
agreed and recommended to Full Council for approval.
2.
That the 2023/24 Work Programme is noted.
3.
A report on health and safety matters is made to the
appropriate scrutiny Committee regarding Newquay Airport and the
Spaceport.
4.
Final approval of the Audit Committee Annual Report
2022/23 be delegated to the Chairman prior to onward submission to
Full Council for approval.
