RESOLVED that:
 
1. 
That the Audit Committee note the contents of the
Grant Thornton update report as set out at Appendix 1 and make such
enquiries of the Council’s auditors or management as
required;
2. 
That the Audit Committee note the Grant Thornton
Annual Audit plan for the Council and for the Pension Fund as set
out at Appendices 2 and 3.
