RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
That an Appointments Panel, comprising of three
Audit Committee Members, including the Chairman of the Committee,
be established to undertake a recruitment process for an
independent lay Member; and
 
2. 
That authority be delegated to the Appointments
Panel, in relation to the independent lay Member appointment only,
to select the most suitable candidate for the role and to make
recommendations to the Council for approval of the
appointment.
ACTION: Appointment
Panel to comprise: Cllrs Toms; Widdon; and, Jordan.
