It was moved by Councillor
Toms, seconded by Councillor Jenkin and RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
The committee comment and provide constructive challenge on the
information provided regarding Adult Safeguarding Performance,
including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Performance and Improvement Plan, as set out
within the minutes.
2. 
The
Committee receive an informal briefing session on Safeguarding
including referrals systems.

- Link to Safeguarding referral portal be emailed to
all Members – Nel Freeguard
