Keeling, seconded by Councillor Double and
 
RESOLVED
that the Committee’s comments and observations
(as set out in the minutes) be considered by Cabinet in advance of
its expected decision on Estate Transformation on 19 July
2023.
 
Actions:
 
1. 
Cllr Guest to forward evidence of service need
within the China Clay area to appropriate officers.
2. 
To circulate to the Committee information on the
payments made in relation to the offices at Dolcoath (e.g. previous
refurbishment costs and costs outlined in the recent structural
report).
3. 
To provide a written response on the reasons for
retaining Lis Kernow (County Hall) to Cllr German.
4. 
To provide an overview of the space available
(number of staff spaces and space to meet members of the public)
for each of the proposed  hubs to the
Committee.
5. 
To liaise with the Police on the potential of
sharing office space within police stations.
