RESOLVED
that it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL
that:
 
1. 
The proposed changes to paragraph 7 of the Scheme of
Delegation, as set out at Appendix be approved;
2. 
The proposed changes to Article 24 (Review,
Revision, Interpretation and Publication of the Constitution) as
set out at Appendix 2 be approved, and
3. 
The proposed changes to Council Procedure Rules as
set out at paragraph 2.5 of the report be approved.
