RESOLVED 
that it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that the proposed
changes to the Financial Approvals Process as set out in Appendix 1
be approved.
 
It was also moved by Councillor

RESOLVED 
that the associated proposed changes to the Financial Procedure
Rules as set out in Appendix 2 and approved by the Section 151
Officer be noted.
