That
Cabinet accepts and adopts the Local Government Association’s
Equality Peer Challenge report of Cornwall Council (Appendix 1) and
endorses the accompanying draft initial action plan (Appendix
2) outlining how the Council will respond to
the Peer team’s eight recommendations and additional
comments.
