It was moved by Councillor
Dwelly and seconded by Councillor Martin that Councillor Frost be
elected as Vice Chairman.
 
It was also moved by Councillor
Guest and seconded by Councillor Worth that Councillor Perry be
re-elected as Vice Chairman.
 
Both Councillors made
representations to the Committee.
 
On a show of hands, 5 votes to
6 it was
 
RESOLVED
that Councillor Perry be re-elected as
Vice-Chairman.
 
Councillor Perry, thereupon,
took up his position and thanked the Committee for his
appointment.
