RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
The Committee Work Programme, as set out at Appendix 1 to the
report, be approved for the current municipal year, subject to any
amendments made by the Committee.
2. 
That amendments to the Committee Work Programme can be proposed by
Members and will be determined by the Chairman and Vice Chairman of
the Committee, the Senior Responsible Officer (Strategic Director
for Care and Wellbeing) and the Democratic Services Lead, with any
changes to be given effect by the Senior Responsible Officer and
the Committee to be notified as soon as any such changes are
approved.
3. 
That statements in response to annual Quality Accounts received by
the Committee from healthcare providers, be determined by the
Chairman of the Committee in consultation with the Vice Chairman
and the Senior Responsible Officer. Such statements to be given
effect by the Senior Responsible Officer. The Committee to be
notified as soon as possible following a statement being given.
4. 
A list of key health metrics be provided to the
committee at each meeting to include issues such as; ambulance and
emergency department waiting times, planned care, elective surgery,
excess deaths, cancer waits, mental health out of county placements
and primary care.
5. 
A report and recommendations relating to Minor
Injury Units and Urgent Treatment Centres in Cornwall be added to
the work programme for formal consideration at the 5 July 2023
meeting.

informal briefing 21 June)
