DECISION:
 
RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
It is approved that the Good Growth programme
take advantage of the new flexibility around the Skills and People
priority area communicated by Government on the 23 March 2023 and
bring forward the commissioning of Skills and People activity to
ensure that delivery can dovetail with the phasing out of European
Social Fund monies during the period 1 October 2023 – 1 April
2024, as well as be delivered in year 3 (1 April 2024 – 31
March 2025) as originally planned be approved.
2. 
That the initiation of the following activities detailed in
appendices 1-4 in line with the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly (CIoS)
Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) Investment Plan is approved:

coordinated employment and skills support offer provided through
the CIoS People Hub (£6m).
