In accordance with the Council’s Code of
Conduct:-

(i) Councillor George declared a
non-pecuniary interest in Agenda No. 14, State of Cornwall in the
National Context and Agenda No. 19, Questions from Members to
Members of the Cabinet, as the Chief Executive of Cornwall
Community Land Trust;

(ii) Councillor Wells declared an interest in Agenda
No. 18.2, Supporting Cornwall’s Farmers as manager of
Wiltshire Farm Foods and abstained from voting.
(iii) Councillor Frost declared an interest in Agenda No. 18.2,
Supporting Cornwall’s Farmers as he ran a business supplying
schools and care homes and abstained from voting.
