Councillor Channon, and seconded by Councillor Perry, that
Councillor Cruse be elected Chairman.
 
It was moved by
Councillor P Mitchell, and seconded by Tony Gurd, that Councillor Rich be elected Chairman.
 
On a show of hands, it
was
 
RESOLVED that Councillor Rich be elected
Chairman. 
 
Councillor Rich
thereupon took the Chair and thanked Members for his election.
