that:

The proposed amendments to the Cornwall and Isles of
Scilly Economic Prosperity Board Terms of Reference, as set out in
Appendix 1, be accepted and endorsed.
 
Recommendation to the Leader of Cornwall Council and to the
Council of the Isles of Scilly
 
2. 
The proposed amendments to the Cornwall and Isles of
Scilly Economic Prosperity Board Terms of Reference, as set out in
Appendix 1, be approved.
