It was moved by Councillor Guest, and seconded by
Councillor Frank, that Councillor Wells be elected
Vice-Chairman.

 

On a show of hands, it was

 

RESOLVED that
Councillor Wells be elected Vice-Chairman.

 

Councillor Wells thanked the Members for his
election.
