RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That the Better Care Fund Planning Refresh for
2024-25 for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly be ratified by the
Board (appendix 1).

2. 
That the Better Care Fund end of year report for
2023-24 be ratified by the Board (appendix 3).

3. 
That authority be delegated to the Chief Executive
Officer of Cornwall Council, in consultation with the Chief
Executive of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board
and the Chief Executive of the Council of the Isles of Scilly, to
submit quarterly updates on the Better Care Fund to NHS England
during 2024-25.
