RESOLVED
that:
 
Further evidence be presented
to the Committee at a future meeting to inform further
consideration of the issue, taking into account comments and
questions raised during the meeting.
 
ACTION: Further report to be added to
the work programme. 
 
(Points raised to be addressed
in future report inc (not exhaustive
see full notes): Effect of fluoridation added to water on
agriculture; livestock; information on Cornwall’s specific
water composition and interaction between copper/arsenic presence
and whether locally present tin, created a level of stannous
fluoride/an effect of fluoridation in Cornwall’s water
supply.  Further evidence analysis of
potential effects of fluoridation noting discussion on recentness
and conclusions of Cochran Report; 
Information on prevalence of fluoride in baby formula and effect
fluoridation of water could have on dose; information on available
options for alternative provision of fluoride on individual basis
i.e. prescribed drops; tablets.
ACTION: Invitation to future meetings
on the subject to C&FOSC and all notes and presentations sent
to Members of that Committee for information.
