moved by Councillor Dwelly and seconded
by Councillor Frost that Councillor Arthur be elected as
Vice-Chairman. 
 
It was
moved by Councillor Double and seconded by Councillor Jordan that
Councillor Perry be elected as Vice-Chairman.

RESOLVED that
Councillor Arthur be elected Vice-Chairman of the Economic Growth
and Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
