Keeling, seconded by Councillor J Thomas, and RESOLVED
THAT IT BE RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that the amended Contract
Procedure Rules be approved to come into effect from 28 October
2024 (to come in line with the Procurement Act), as set out at
Appendix 2 of the report.
