It was moved by Councillor
Guest, seconded by Councillor J Thomas, and RESOLVED
THAT IT BE RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that the Responsibility for
Functions section of the Constitution be amended to enable the
Licensing Act Committee or a Sub-Committee created thereunder, to
deal with the function of Pavement Licenses.
