It was moved by Councillor
Wells, seconded by Councillor Keeling, and RESOLVED
THAT IT BE RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that:
 
1. 
That the requirements for the composition of the
Chief Officers Employment Committee be updated to require Groups to
whom seats are allocated to nominate their Group Leader to the
Committee before nominating to any other seats allocated to their
Group.
2. 
That Article 19 of the Constitution be updated to
reflect this requirement.
