Purpose

Quarterly report monitoring progress against the Council’s
Outcome Delivery Plans as agreed by Cabinet, with subsequent report
to be presented to the Corporate Finance and Performance Overview
and Scrutiny Committee.

Content

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That the first Council Performance Report for
2024/25, covering performance, risk and projects for the period
(Q1) April, May and June be considered.

2. 
That the virements totalling £1.816m, detailed
in paragraph 5.1 and table 6 of Appendix 1 to the report, be
approved.

3. 
That the revenue budget uplifts over £0.500m,
as detailed in paragraph 6.1 and table 8 of Appendix 1 to the
report, be approved.

4. 
That the write off, as detailed in paragraph 8 of
Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.

5. 
That the movements in reserves, as detailed in
paragraph 4.1 and table 4 of Appendix 1 to the report, which have
been approved by the Section 151 Officer in line with the Financial
Regulatory Framework, be noted.

6. 
That the virements, as detailed in paragraph 5.2 and
table 7 of Appendix 1 to the report, which have been approved by
the Section 151 Officer in line with the Financial Regulatory
Framework, be noted.

7. 
That the Treasury Management Strategy 2023/24
outturn, as detailed in Appendix 2 to the report, be
approved.
