seeking approval of the annual Adult Education Budget Commissioning
Plan following consultation with local stakeholders.

It was moved by Councillor Dwelly,
seconded by Councillor Thomas and
 
RESOLVED that
 
1. 
Comments on the proposed Adult Skills Fund
Commissioning Plan and the proposed changes to funding rates, as
outlined in the minutes, support the production of the final draft.

 
2. 
Subject to the Statutory Instrument being made which
devolved Adult Skills powers and funding to the Council CABINET
WAS RECOMMENDED to approve the Adult Skills Fund Commissioning
Plan and Cornwall Adult Skills Fund Funding Rules as outlined in
Appendix 1 and in accordance with
Option 4 of the report.
