It was moved by Councillor German, seconded by
Councillor Rushworth, and

RESOLVED that the
Corporate Finance and Performance Overview and Scrutiny Committee
provides the Cabinet with its comments and observations, as set out
in the minutes of the meeting, on the proposal for a Members
Agreement with Treveth Holdings LLP and the proposed draft Business
Plan appended to the report.
