Content

It was moved by Councillor Harris, seconded by
Councillor Monk, and
RESOLVED:

1. 
That the principle of the Council entering into a
Members Agreement with Treveth Holdings
LLP to facilitate the creation of LGV Property Holdings Limited
Liability Partnership (LGV LLP), for the purposes articulated in
the report, be approved subject to negotiation of terms acceptable
to the Council.

2. 
That the Interim Langarth Garden Village Business
Plan for 2024-26, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report (the LGV
Interim Business Plan), be approved.

3. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Sustainable Growth and Development to negotiate and
conclude:

(i) 
the proposed Members Agreement for LGV LLP;
and
(ii) 
a Development Management Services Agreement between
the Council and LGV LLP to fund the activities and deliverables
under the LGV Interim Business Plan.
