RESOLVED
that
 
1. 
The summary and next steps proposed in the report
and appendix relating to the alignment and adjustment of the
partnership governance arrangements between the Joint Health and
Wellbeing Board for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and the
Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Partnership be
endorsed, subject to any amendments made by the
Board.
 
2.    The Board supports the recommendation
to have an integrated outcomes framework which covers both the
Health and Wellbeing Strategy as well as the Integrated Care
Strategy.
 
3.    The Board agrees to
support the existing Integrated Care Partnership/Health and
Wellbeing Board Task and Finish Group to deliver on the proposals
made and through engagement with the life course steering groups
(Start Well, Live Well, Age Well).
