The Cabinet Member considered
the recommendations within the report and resolved to AGREE that the submitted documents met the requirements of
Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 and
RESOLVED that the Council should launch the
statutory ‘Regulation 16’ consultation period for the
standard six-week period.
