Councillor Patrick Coleman,
Cabinet Member for Finance, welcomed the public to the
meeting.  The purpose of the meeting was
stated as being to determine ten new applications and thirteen
renewal applications for Discretionary Rate Relief submitted under
Section 47 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 for the
financial years 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026
