Councillor Juliet Layton,
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning,
introduced the responsible Officers and stated that the purpose of
the meeting was to agree a response to Moreton-in-Marsh Town
Council regarding their Reg.  14
Neighbourhood Plan.
