Agreement was given to delegate authority to the Corporate Director Regeneration,
Economy and Growth in consultation with the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for
Communities and Civic Resilience to review and ensure alignment of underlying
operational and funding process and guidance documents to the revised model and
to agree any revisions or changes required.
