To award the construction contract for Crawley
Station Gateway – Phase 1. Authority to award this contract
was delegated to the Leader by the Cabinet (in consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Planning & Economic Development and Head
of Major Projects & Commercial Services at its meeting on 29
November 2023 (report PES/443 refers)

Content

To approve the award of contract to
‘Bidder 4’ as set out in report HPS/050 (which is
available for Councillors only).  This
decision was taken in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Planning and Economic Development and the Head of Major Projects
and Commercial Services.
