RESOLVED

That the Cabinet:

a)               
notes the petition;

b)               
acknowledges the points made during the discussion at the Overview
and Scrutiny Commission, and

c)               
welcomes the ongoing work that Councillors and Council officers
were doing, both to install a new plaque at Tilgate Park as well as
their continued work with local Armed Forces groups for an
alternative memorial.
