Reasons for the
Recommendations
Crawley currently has approximately 640
households in TA, with around 460 in nightly paid lets. The Council
requires an integrated employment, PRS procurement, and tenancy
sustainment model to enable households to achieve stable PRS
tenancies (circa 13% reduction in nightly lets), unlocking an
estimated £0.79m net savings per annum while improving
residents’ independence and well-being.
