Purpose

Council’s actual revenue and capital spending for the quarter
to December 2025 together with the main variations from the
approved spending levels and impact on future budgets

RESOLVED
That the Cabinet:
a)
notes the projected outturn for the financial year 2025/26 as
summarised in report
FIN/722.
b)
approves the addition of £231,000 for the projects noted in
7.6 to 7.8 to be funded from capital receipts received in year.
c)
notes the increase in the maturity structure level
prudential indicator from 30% to 36% due to the debt restructuring
of some HRA loans. This increase has
been factored into the Treasury Management Strategy to regularise
reporting from 1 April 2026.
d)
approves the virement of £730,000 from Water
Neutrality to the Acquisitions of Land or Dwellings, as detailed in
the report FIN/722a contained within the
supplementary agenda.
