Purpose

This report seeks the approval of the
allocation of Section 106 monies that have been received for the
provision of education services, specifically the expansion of Holy
Trinity Church of England Secondary School, Crawley.

RESOLVED

That the Cabinet approves the allocation of
£137,195.43 of Section 106 monies for education towards the
expansion of Holy Trinity Church of England Secondary School in
Crawley.

Reasons for the
Recommendations

a)               
Section 106 monies must be used for the purpose specified in the
associated legal agreement(s). The monies that are being allocated
in this report are required to be allocated to education services
and facilities, as necessitated by the development(s) from which
they were received.

b)               
Cabinet approval is required because the amount of funds to be
released is greater than £100,000.00.
