Purpose

To approve a 6 year print contract for all
election printing, which would include and not limited to the print
of ballot papers, postal vote packs, poll cards, Invitation to
Register (ITR) Packs

This is a joint procurement conducted with HDC, MSDC and
MVDC

Content

Approve the award of the contract to Bidder 1
and, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources, Chief
Executive (as Returning Officer), Head of Governance, People &
Performance and Head of Digital and Transformation, approve the
award and conclusion of the collaborative tender for Electoral
Print and Mail on behalf of Horsham District Council, Mid Sussex
District Council and Mole Valley District Council.
