Purpose

On 8 March 2023 (report HPS/34) Cabinet agreed
to extend the current waste and recycling contract with Biffa
Municipal from February 1st 2024 to 31st March 2026.  Following that decision it is now necessary to
formally sign the contract to extend.

formally sign and extend the Waste and Recycling
Contract with Biffa Municipal for 26 months from 1st
February 2024 until 31st March 2026.
